1. Acceptance of Terms

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the 3n4n7 Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). The following terms apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

• Accepted Payment Methods: 3n4n7 supports deposits and withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other payment methods as listed on the Platform. Available methods may change without prior notice.
• Minimum Transactions: Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are as specified on the Platform's cashier page and are subject to change.
• Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawal requests are processed subject to completion of KYC verification and compliance with these Terms. 3n4n7 aims to process GCash and PayMaya withdrawals within five (5) minutes of approval, though processing times may vary.

• Currency: All account balances, deposits, and withdrawals are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱). 3n4n7 is not responsible for any currency conversion fees charged by your payment provider.
• Declined Transactions: 3n4n7 reserves the right to decline any deposit or withdrawal request that it reasonably suspects to be fraudulent, in violation of these Terms, or otherwise suspicious.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

3n4n7 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms attached to individual promotions:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only and may not be available in all jurisdictions.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements as specified in the applicable promotion terms. Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds may not be withdrawn until wagering requirements are met.
• 3n4n7 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.

In jurisdictions where the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages is not permitted, 3n4n7's liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

11. Termination & Account Closure

3n4n7 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Suspected fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe;
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder;
• Regulatory or legal requirements;
• Inactivity for a period exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months.

Upon account closure, any remaining balance (subject to verification and compliance with these Terms) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, less any applicable fees. Balances associated with accounts closed due to fraud or Terms violations may be forfeited.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the 3n4n7 Platform, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

3n4n7 operates in compliance with applicable Philippine gaming regulations. Players who believe a game outcome was unfair may submit a formal complaint to our support team at [email protected]. All complaints will be acknowledged within 48 hours and investigated in accordance with our internal dispute resolution procedure.
